What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a form of training where exercises are performed on a special large device called the Reformer. The device consists of a movable carriage on rails, suspended by springs, which thus provides adjustable resistance for full-body training. It aims to improve posture, muscle strength, flexibility, and coordination, with exercises done in sitting, standing, kneeling, or lying positions.

 

  • The Technogym Reform was developed together with leading Pilates experts and, thanks to its thoughtful ergonomics, ensures precise body control — concentration remains high and movements stay fluid.

  • Thanks to quickly adjustable headrest, shoulder pads, foot bar, and spring system, settings can be changed swiftly — the workout remains in flow without annoying interruptions.

  • The design considers beginners through advanced: intuitive operation and adaptive features make the training easily accessible and effective.

  • Reformer Pilates specifically strengthens the body’s core, improves posture, flexibility, and joint stability — training is holistic with focus on core and muscle balance.
